Thank you for visiting and shopping at XY Cave. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We now offer standard FREE SHIPPING (only for the Gift Boxes) within the contiguous US (4-8 days) (Not available for the Gift Baskets). Other shipping options are offered at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. XY Cave deliver with USPS, UPS and DHL. You can choose the best rate and carrier that fits you at checkout.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 XY Cave ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for Gift Boxes.

Gift baskets deliver to all 50 states.

The Ground SHIPPING and Free shipping options don't deliver to PO boxes. The customer have to select from the other shipping options when delivering to PO boxes. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

XY Cave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

XY Cave is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Chocolate & Heat Sensitive Items Policy


Shipping chocolate and heat sensitive products during the warmer months (75 F or above) will be replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Exception: Some "all chocolate gifts" or many "candy bouquets" (such as Reese's candy, Chocolate Bars etc) will be shipped as ordered. Chocolate will melt in the heat! To minimize this we HIGHLY SUGGEST selecting Next Day Delivery when sending to warmer climates (75 F or above). Shipping over a weekend is not recommended. We can NOT guarantee your gift will not melt once it leaves our facility. Should melting occur, please place gift in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and enjoy. We will not refund or replace melted chocolate.

PLEASE NOTE: XY Cave cannot be held responsible for any candy product that arrives melted regardless of the shipping method selected. All candy gifts are shipped as ordered and at your risk.

International Shipping Policy

XY Cave deliver internationally with USPS, UPS and DHL (Only for Gift Boxes). You can choose the best rate and carrier that fits you at checkout. XY Cave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). XY Cave is not responsible for international shipments stuck in customs.
